ShovelTech's Chatbot Interpretator
This chatbot is an interface that helps in coordinating between the hospitals and the Insurance companies to smooth the process of claim settlement and improve the overall response time between the two parties thus minimising the human error. The chatbot reads the HMIS information and shares the response to the queries asked by the Insurance provider agent to be able to assist in adjudicating claims and thus assist in resolving queries in an efficient way thus increasing the interoperability amongst the parties.
